Scope of Work
• Approval of detailed fabrication drawings submitted by the vendor after detailed discussion
with client.
• Preparing of bar chart after discussing with vendor and client.
• Material identification based on Mill / manufacturing certificate or testing at laboratories.
• Stamp transfer on all pressure & non pressure parts (parts coming in contact with process fluid).
• Approval of welding procedure specification & welders qualification test.
• Witness of all physical tests at various NABL approved testing laboratories.
• All set up of long seams & circ-seams, nozzles set up, Manhole hand hole & pads set up.
• Chip-back D.P. Test after one side welding.
• Review of Radiography films & witness of Ultrasonic test & Liquid Penetrate test as per requirement.
• Tube sheet inspection of drilled holes, ligaments, grooves and layout.
• Mock up test of tube sheet to tube joint for pullout load test & detecting minimum leak path.
• Air running trial with dummy support for checking alignment, assembly of agitators and to assure the
Vibration, Noise level within acceptable limits.
• Hydraulic test at specified pressures.
• Pneumatic test of mechanical seal at working pressure.
• Running trial inside the vessel at working pressure.
• Final dimensions and visual inspection.
• Final inspection after pickling and passivation of Stainless steel and painting of carbon steel parts.
• Packing & supporting of agitator shaft inside the vessel & dispatch instruction.
• Submission of final documents.
